3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on the chosen shipping method.

  • Delivery timelines post-dispatch:

    • 2–3 business days: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and other major cities.

    • 4–5 business days: Rest of India.

    • 5–7 business days: Remote areas such as J&K, North East, and the Andaman Islands.

  • Customers must provide a valid pincode, address, and phone number. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details, local restrictions, or disturbances.

  • Our responsibility is limited to dispatch timelines. Post-dispatch, deliveries are managed by logistics partners. We will assist customers by coordinating with them as needed.

  • For perishable items (such as flowers, sweets, etc.), delivery will be attempted only once. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or locked premises, the customer will still be charged.

  • If a package is returned after three failed delivery attempts, refunds will not be issued. Reshipping will incur additional charges.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, natural calamities, or other unavoidable reasons beyond our control. In such cases, delivery will be completed at the earliest possible time.

4. Warranties & Liability

  • All products and services provided through this site are offered without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that the site, products, or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.

  • Under no circumstances shall Moshi Tu be liable for:
