  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen.

  • We deliver across India (no international shipping).

  • Delivery timelines after dispatch:

    • 2–3 days for Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, and other major cities.

    • 4–5 days for the rest of India.

    • 5–7 days for remote locations like J&K, the North East, and the Andaman Islands.

  • Customers must provide the correct pincode and phone number to ensure seamless delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or local disturbances, though we will coordinate with our delivery partners to assist you.

  • Our responsibility is limited to dispatch timelines.

  • If a delivery attempt fails and the package returns after 3 unsuccessful attempts, no refunds will be issued. Reshipping will incur additional charges.
