Refund policy

1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are always made to the original purchaser.

  • If the purchase was made via credit/debit card or online payment, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will not be issued in cash or to any alternative account.


2. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Customized Products: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for customized products as they are specially made for you. Please review the description and specifications carefully before placing your order.

  • Defective or Damaged Products:

    • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

    • Kindly send the unboxing video, defect images, and your order number to moshitustore@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Our team will review the case and inform you of the next steps. If the claim is approved, a replacement product will be sent within 10 working days.

  • Incorrect Address / Unavailability: If the address provided is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we will not be able to redeliver, as items cannot be reused.


3. Cancellation Policy

(a) Cancellation by Moshi Tu

  • On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or delivery date.

  • If you prefer not to proceed, a full refund will be issued.

(b) Cancellation by Customer

  • The ability to cancel depends on the nature of the product and the stage of processing.

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless Moshi Tu is unable to fulfill the order.

  • If customization work has already begun and cancellation is requested, only 50% of the product price may be refunded in unavoidable circumstances.

  • For non-customized products, please contact moshitustore@gmail.com at the earliest to check if cancellation is possible.
